Hi.
I am new as start playing as raider in Draconis. Now I am almost max lvl. I want to build for war pvp. So I went to see people pvp in tg. I am just wondering now dual raider can beat Katar raider, ba, bow scout, and champs?

What stats , skills and gear should I prepare?

Dual raiders do fairly well in 1v1 but personally I think when it comes to group battle they're not that great.

In regards to stats/skills/gear, well it depends on what you personally want to try I suppose.

 

What I use myself is this: 

STATS: 320dex, 120str, 230con, 150sen, rest cha.

Good thing about this build is a decent amount of cha for strong aspd, mspd and accu down, and also a strong dex buff. The downside is getting critted often due to low crit, and not having that high accu.

For passive skills, I recommend getting the attack power, skill power, def/def pierce and dodge passives. I do get the attack speed passives partly, but the second one is left at lv4 due to lack of skill points.

As for actives, getting the knifes and the single target skills up to freezing assault. The AoE's are optional (especially the PvP version of circle break is good thanks to being a very strong def down effect), but you won't need these if you're going to build for 1v1 situations only. In that case leave out the aoes and get the stun. Also get the accu, mspd down and evasive guard.

As for gear, there's multiple choices: You can either go for chivalrous, glorious or a mix of the two. Each have their own pros and cons. Personally I use a mix of the two, but they all work just fine (may also depend on your opponent).

Back item, raptor backshield is without a doubt the way to go. Plausible substats are 50accu/40crit, 25ap/50crit, 40mspd/60dodge or 30cha/mp or hp regen (if you use a cha based debuffer build).

Mask, there's multiple options.  Style sunglasses for the 50cha and 25accu is definitely not a bad choice, but the cat mask is also good for the 20 dex. Substats possible are same as above.

Accessories, you can go for hiria's tear for the 40/60 dex/cha, which is rather effective in most situations. You can also decide not to use it, but personally I like using these since it gives quite a lot for being only one piece of accessory. You can also attempt a luna set for attack speed/accu dex/sen, but personally I don't think this is that good for duals. Other possible ones are the portable accessories (30dex/10con), the hunter set (22dex/172def) or a plain hebarn or lava set. I would not recommend sea or magical as I believe plain dodge to not be as good as dex, which also gives us some extra attack power.

Gems, you will want to use diamonds or garnets. Personally I go with garnets, but diamonds should be fine too.

With a build similar to what jerremy said, I can beat katars, champs, bow scouts easily. Never tried ba, but it seems pretty hard unless you get unique stealth to get close to them

for lvling in pvm i've heard that dual raider is good with 4 aoes, what about the stats build for pvm, is it working with this pvp build too? (maybe too much con?)

The stat build used in pvp should also be fairly good for pvm, so if you want to use your character in both pvp and pvm it should work out with the build shown above. However, if you plan to only pvm, then you can leave out some con to get more sen or any other stat you think you want to put some more in.

Fury and wired are imo a must, as you gain a lot from it for only 10sp (30% aspd while not the greatest for duals, still definitely helps, plus 5%ap and dodge).

Unique stealth is great for sneaking through dungeon rooms or doing PvP, so it is advised to get it.

If you PvP you will want PvP circle break for the massive def down effect. PvP bloody assault is nice as well for increased absorption, but I personally don't get it due to lack of skill points.

Crippling storm can be great and personally I love to use it, but it's personal choice and with how many skills you already need, not the most important one there is.

Fury, Wired and Stealth are must.

Crippling storm, i would hold onto that for awhile, depends on how bad Leonis nerf it, if the mspeed debuff nerf is making it insignificant, you only need to get mental storm, no need enfeeblement and crippling storm.

PvP bloody assault is useless, since the skill damage output itself is already very low, it doesn't heal you that much, a regular bloody assault is enough.

PvP circle break, depends if you go for AOE skill setup, otherwise weaken is enough for 1 vs 1 PvP, my dual raider only has Lv.1 circle break for the 2 stages wound effect, learning AOE on a dual raider is just impractical. You would use champion, mage and launcher bourg if you wanna go for total damage inflicted.
