Hello!

 

So i was lvling in overlook dungeon as a vip when i got a disconnect on my lvl 53 character.

When i logged back in and tried to enter the dungeon again i will not be spawned inside after talking to the sign.

No mather wich floor i try nothing happens after the conversation is over.

I see several other players comming and going as they wish and have no problem what so over to get inside but im stuck on the outside

 

During the disconnect i was just about to choose a reward for completing the first quest in there, i dont know if that has anything to do with it.

Please help so i can continue finishing the quests in there.

You might be able to get help from the GM team on this via support ticket, but that will likely take days for them to get to, as there's a bit of a backlog of tickets right now.

 

I suspect it is related to being DC'ed while choosing a reward, with the NPC confused as to what the completion status of your char is.
