I decided to go to dungeon to hunt for my alice card with my RK..I'm pretty sure i've done atleast the entrance quest of the dungeon because i've done it before..but now i couldn't find the key in my storage nor in my inventory..

Need help please..thanks in advance..

Do a more rigorous search of your account. If you can't find it on that char, or on any other char, or in storage, and you've checked the favorites inventory tab, you probably did something dumb like selling it to the NPC. If you did, you'll have to contact the GMs via support ticket to get it replaced.

well actually i have this problem on two characters..i've sent tickets already..and they've responded(in just 2 days!)..now it's working now on my GX..even just the Yellow Keycard..my problem is with my RK..i can't get in the dungeon..still says that the secret entrance has now been sealed..
