I just started playing ROSE Online and I've decided to make a Dealer but there's one problem, I cannot attack anything when I have the Bubble Gun equipped nor can I use my Twin Shot skill. However, I can attack using Bert's Spare Bambo Spear and can use the Dual Scratch skill...

Sounds like you don't have any ammo. You can purchase ammo at dealer weapon sellers, double click it in the material tab to equip it.
