Hi,

 

I tried to login my warp portal account but it says it is suspended.

 

I used Firefox to login initially but It says it requires some Java thing so I used Chrome but then found out it is Suspended.

 

Anyone experience this before? or is there anyone that could help me.

 

I've sent a ticket to warp portal already but as we all know it would take some time to hear back.

This is an automated security measure to protect the owner from unauthorized logins. From what been seen, the suspension on the warpportal account occurs if the user logged in with a new IP than the usual. At the moment, please have patience till the GMs remove the ban. Other than that, avoid logging into warpportal account through proxy servers or different locations (home <=> school/work as an example).

what about this case:

my work need to travel a lot from one to another country, Home---> country A (few weeks or months)----> country B ----> Home ----> country C, so during my time in A and B I should not log into warpportal?? that's sounds ridiculous.

For that case, not sure but it depends if the security system compares in-game logins and warpprotal account logins and the duration in which the logins occurred. You should verify that with a GM/CM.

 

Though, I think there should be a better verification system than having the GMs manually remove the suspension. Like, initiate a password reset or secret question/answer to recover the locked warpportal account by the account owner himself.
