Problem with Ticket Reply.

Hi, 

I´ve made two tickets in the last week regarding an account linking issue. One of the tickets already had all the information i´ve found so the Admins could solve my issue. Yesterday i´ve got a reply on one of them but my tickets are still unresolved. How much time does it take for a ticket to get solved regarding account linking issues?. 

 

My problem is that right now i can´t link my old Ragnarok Online Account because i do not remember the "birthday" i used and i believed my passwords were canged. My accounts are all under the same email. 

 

Anyone knows how can i get this fixed?.

First of all, do you have a Support account (it's separate from your WP account)? You need one in order to respond to tickets. (The ticket system doesn't work via emails.)

Secondly, as long as you can remember some information from the account (like the email or characters on the account), then they shouldn't have any problem linking them to your WP account.

Thanks for the fast reply. 

 

Yes i´ve a support account and i´ve already reply the ticket using the support system.  I also have all the information i believe its needed so they can link my accounts. It´s just that i supposed this process was going to be faster. 

When i reply the ticket like 10 minutes after the support team answered me i believe they were going to fix it inmediatly. I gues i was wrong.

The staff doesn't work on the weekends so you won't get a response until Monday at the very least. In addition, this kind of situation is going to take some time as they will want to verify that you're the real owner of the account 'cause they don't want to accidentally give thieves ownership over random accounts.
