Can't view tickets or verify e-mail

when I log in to the support site the review ticket button is gone.

when I try to verify my email by clicking on the link it says

Your email account could NOT be verified. Ensure that you copy the entire link from the email you received, and try again.

  

 

Please help me between this and the random bans on Warp Portal Its driving me nuts, I mean all I'm trying to do is give you guys money.

Is it the latest version (IE 11)?

Did you verify your email through your email or the website?

when you log into the support site and click on preferences there is a resend confirmation e-mail button I push that and it sends an e-mail that has a link in it

to verify. When I click on it I get the

 

Your email account could NOT be verified. Ensure that you copy the entire link from the email you received, and try again.

 

message.

 

also I have IE 10 going to try to upgrade to 11 now and try again.

unfortunately upgrading to IE 11 didn't fix the problem

What email service do you use? (Don't post your entire email, just the part after @.)

Okay, can you post a screenshot of the error you get so I can get a visual for what you're doing that's causing this? 'Cause according to Support, Yahoo shouldn't be an issue.

Do you have any special characters in your email (e.g. periods, dashes, apostrophes, etc.)? And you have "@warpportal.com" added to your safe list so Yahoo doesn't send them to junk mail, right?

ebcdb278-9283-49e1-b5af-90c7ef3b2b1f_zpsmy e-mail has an _ in it and I get the e-mail to verify but when I click on the link(circled in pink) it sends me that error page

It could be the underscore (_) in your email that's causing problems. Have you tried using another email that doesn't have special characters (just letters and numbers)?

the new e-mail doesn't get the verify e-mail

I changed my support e-mail but now I click to resend verify button and but my inbox remains empty(junk folder too)

the new e-mail is just letters like this asdfgzxcv@yahoo.com that's not it though but its that basic.

Okay, try making either an Outlook or Gmail email (don't put special characters in your email, just numbers and letters) and see if WarpPortal will send you a verification through those services.

Okay, so it's a problem with the ticket system itself.

One last thing, did you try clearing your cache?

Also, where in the world are you accessing the site from? It might be an IP issue.

Well, I'm out of ideas as to what it could be. So far, everything links back to the ticket system itself.

Are you able to submit tickets while logged in anyhow? At this point, only the ticket staff can help you out. Maybe they can verify the email for you.
