I didnt not receive Mantue[1] for completing quest on 2nd Floor of Overlook Water Dungeon, howeer i received the exp for the same.....

Check your inventory if you get Muffler[1] instead. If not, send in a ticket to Support.

Did you pause during the npc conversation for a while? If you sit in convo for too long without hitting next, it will time out (this is very important on the last floor of overlook, when you get to pick the card reward. You do not have enough time to search ragial to find the prices, so figure out which card you want before talking to that last reward npc)

 

Did you have too much stuff in inventory (100 item limit)? You'd have seen a "you cannot have this item because you will exceed the weight limit" message when the npc tried to give it to you. 

 

Does it even matter? Mant [1] is kinda junk...

Yea...... I paused for a bit before selecting between Muffler ad Manteau..(Was googling..which one is better)

 

BTW i am only 2 week old in this game......so i want all the items that i can

Ah, yup. Don't do that - you get I think 60 seconds to hit next in an npc convo before it times out. Gotta be prepared for the npc asking you which item in the places where this happens. The wiki tells you what the options are, so you can plan ahead.

 

You can send in a ticket via support to get the mant [1] back, though that's a lot of work for a ~100k item (especially with the event running, and the octopus legs, giant octopii (you can kill the event ones with ease, don't let their appearance scare you), and the blue unicorn things - all of which drop stuff that's worth something)
