I am so sick of this i buy IM every month idiotically much and i have lost about 2k IM in the last 4-5 months by bugs in this damn IM system.Normally i would buy some boxes and it would purchase but just not show up in my Item Mall purchase tab while the IM pts have been removed.And this happened a lot and the stupid part is that when i ticket it i get either the respond back with '' at our end it shows that you have received the item '' which is absolutely retarded cause why would i be reporting it then.And if they don't say that i just get no respond and i can post a list with tickets i haven't got respond to yet.But the biggest part that is annoying me now is that i was on my storage account today using lucky spin i disassemble parts for prem pts i buy lucky spin coins with it and drag them in the slot then rose lags/freezes/goes retarded and now i didn't got my spins added while my prem pts are gone as u can expect.Also now my lucky spin is bugged and doesn't show any costumes anymore. ( check screenshot beneath here ) This is just absolutely insane and i know you guys will just say report it ticket it but i had enough of this stuff when i report it i don't get a reply anyway.And keep in mind the few times i posted a bug on the bug forum section i got no reply anyway so in case you are wondering why it's up here.

Note : Yes i have tried re logging ,restarting and other things that are self tryable.

 

Note 2 : These 2 screenshots are taken after each other..

 

Note 3 : I just tested and on my other accounts the lucky spin is blanked out to now awesome ....

I think the luckynspins tab looks different than mine, mine doesnt have that green color to it . Maybe need to donload and reinstall the client

That color is from using a plugin.

 

 

 

 

While we are on the matter of lucky spin, anything yet about the rampant abuse of the lucky spin to be able to keep spinning indefinitely?

I think they will need to do a server restart for all of that, but I am awaiting Leo or Shazamo to get in so I can let them know what is going on too.

I already nudged them about it. Just have to wait until they can get in to sort out.

for me wark fine but wen i test pegasus there is still same problem i don't know but on pegasus is that problem for me and in original rose no problem like that :)

Good morning everyone.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems, we've confirmed an error on the Leonis that locked up certain processes to game play. This could be the cause of all of the errors experienced and we're going to be likely restarting the server today to correct it. I will confirm that the Purchase Tab was not displaying items correctly. And they should be as of now.

 

Aside from that, here are my initial responses.

 

Dutcheagle,
The first thing I've immediately noticed is that your screenshots show evidence of your client being modified. The buttons, to be precise. Just based on that, the first thing I have to suggest is to remove any modifications you've made to the client. The reason being, we don't know what you've done and cannot account for any kind of modifications that would interrupt the normal client function.

DoubleRose,
Have you moved the Item Mall menu, after opening it? In rare occasions long ago, the Purchase tab Could you provide a screenshot of the missing purchase tab would disconnect from the correct menu and be positioned off screen. Moving the Item Mall menu would correct this, as it would locate the corret menu being moved around. If this doesn't fix your missing Purchase Tab, could you provide a screenshot of it?

Buffies,
The list of items is grabbed from the server and do load for me. It is possible there's an issue with latency or connection to our server preventing the Lucky Spin from being populated.

Any item loss through purchase can be restored by submitting a ticket to the Customer Service Team once they verify your claim.

SoLoPK.
Pegasus doesn't have a connection to the Item Mall that should actually work, since it is a test server.

I used GenFs that i downloaded on this forum and that's not the problem cause i have been spinning with this mod for 2 months and the same problem i had before the mod.I really want you guys to look into this cause its driving me crazy that i spend my money on this game and miss things i paid for how would you feel if that happend to you.I can live with it happening 1 or 2 times in a long period but it happens way to often.. And what happend to my coins ? i added 15 spin coins in the slot when the problem of today occured and now you guys restarted it and im missing 3 spin chances ... 

 

And i don't want the standard form answer stuff like this please*.I already told you guys i submitted a variety of tickets over a few months period.And i get no answer or i get the answer '' on our log it shows that you received the item ''  which u can understand is bogus otherwise i wouldn't be there wasting my time submitting another ticket.  :

Have you actually tried to temporarily disable GenFS to make sure that the plugin or skin isn't causing display issues? The client changes a lot and it's always a possibility that GenFS could become broken (enough to cause issues, but not enough to raise error messages) after an update.

If the plugin isn't the issue, and the local client is installed and working correctly, then your only other option is to submit a ticket stating that your Lucky Spin shuffle board contents are no longer displaying, and the Customer Service team should investigate the account that is having issues, and restore the shuffle board where nessecary.

It was a issue created by the server they did a server restart and the lucky spin showed normal although i lost the spins i had left which is bogus but alright i can live with it.

 

Now on the items lost matter 

 

 

I tried it with GenFS and without no difference and about submitting a ticket that sounds lovely but i also explained in my post that that was no option.

When i ticket i can expect no response / response after a long period with a useless reply / or i can expect a reply saying in there log it shows that everything is normal and the funny part when i re check on my wp account in logs it also shows i got the items but i never did.And this happened not 1 or 2 times but at least 5-6 times in the time that i was buying IM.

 

It went like this 

 

1. I purchase IM stuff in the IM tab no big deal

2. I purchase some other stuff in IM ( especially happen to boxes) i buy a few boxes like 4 at once most of the time.

3. It removes my IM server start to lag or w/e 

4. I check my Item Mall purchase tab and nothing has appeared

5. My IM pts are removed and on my warp portal logs in shows i have received the item while i didnt.

 

Apparently i am not the only one cause i heard it from quit a few people here.. now you can say well just post a ticket then.

But if they don't look into it enough or they cant see i didn't got the item then its no use to do that tell me what i should do then.

After a few times sending tickets and never really getting helped you lose your hope.

When they tell you, that it shows you received the items when you didn't, push it. Reply back, tell them to check your account.

I did but i don't get a respond back then but it doesn't matter anyway i'm not playing anymore so they can lock / removed this topic whatever.

Oh please don't quit. Pm Leonis, ShazamO or Warnhal with your ticket numbers. I had them do this to me in a similar situation already, fortunately, I had screen shots proving my case. When I pushed it, they resolved the matter for me to my satisfaction.
