i'm sad the ban wave had to hit me and i didn't even do the frigen exploit at all...
never again will i buy anything through the item mall, much less Gravity influenced.
everything i worked hard on and assembled is just gone, bc other people have to as a whole screw the game over.

Make sure to check the email that you CREATED the ticket on. I was told our support team responded to you.
You can also VIEW/RESPOND back to the ticket within the Support site. Please take the time to do so or our support won't be able to assist you.

Sending multiple tickets wont expedite your request for assistance.
If you have waited over 48 hours for a response from the Support team,
then send a private message via the Forums, to CM Shazam0. Include your ticket number.

The more tickets sent, the longer the resolution will take, I'm told.
