Hello

I bought 250 points in exchange for a book that does reset skills, I had a lag of a few seconds and then released did not find the book anywhere and points taken.

I tried to disconnect and connect several times I tried to connect from the Launcher of the site I tried to open and close the mall a few times nothing helped

I own all the things necessary to prove that I bought,
I want to receive the points or the book, I do not call it a refound because I did not get the item at all

Please Help

I believe this was answered on another topic. I do hope you get your item. I am quite sure the support team will help you. I have found them to be pretty good most times.

If you have not received an answer to your ticket ( providing you have submitted one), Pm Leonis, ShazamO or Warnal, give them your ticket number. They can help you. If you have not submitted one yet, do so ASAP.

Tickets can take up to a maximum of 48 hours before replying. If it takes longer only then something is wrong (note: don't think they are working a lot during weekends, so don't expect answers then).

It's okay, I have no problem waiting but I do not want it to take more than 48 hours ... Thanks everyone for the help I appreciate it :)

It might take a bit longer, since the staff is currently very busy dealing with the lucky spin exploiting issue. But Leonis did say it would all be solved soon, so you'll probably have your ticket answered and your problem solved tomorrow or the day after.

This just happened to my friend lol. He bought two job skill reset books and they didn't appear in Purchase IM tab but still deducted the cost from his balance.
