When i tried to launch RO via Steam, the WarpPortal launcher will just show up and stop to respond. Then the error message just appeared!

Title: Login Query Error

Message: An Error has occured. Please contact Ragnarok Online Customer Support

The issue appears to be on our end. People have been made aware. The spare hamsters have been turned out of their barracks. Each hamster is equipped with a vest, a small thimble helmet, and a tiny tiny spear. Next we will mobilize the hamster ball mechanized forces.

Well looks like all we can do now is wait.

I did got into the login screen after many times of trying but it ask me for my login and password which is not supposed to happen.

Hope it will get back to normal when I get back from work.
