whenever i hit play i only get a screen that tells me to create account but i already created account it doesnt give me an option to just log in -.-

Have you tried reinstalling it? That's usually what fixes such thing.

Or you can do a check all. This will cause it to search for missing files.

In which pdfisher is talking about is on the patcher... next to the start button, you will see a ">>" button. Click on that then click check all. That will ensure that you are fully patched.

yeah i got it now, i got to lvl 14 yesterday. but now when i log in the game crashes after a minute of play

Actually ShazamO, I have found that by going to the settings/advanced/check all, a more thorough check seems to be done. There have been several instances where clicking the >>/ check all didn't fix my problem, but when I did what I previously suggested, it worked. I no longer use the >>/check all system.

yes actually pdfisher this found updates whilst the >> didnt, thank you very much

but the game contines to crash, it just says client stopped working and i have to close out. any suggestions?

Try increasing the priority of the game in the Task Manager , (Windows) , do Control+Alt+Supr, then select the TRose.exe procces right click change priority and change it

I don't have a Supr button on my keyboard! What if they don't have one either? Anyway, try running it as admin, if you don't already. Right click on it, go to properties/compatibility, then click run this program as administrator.

I guess it's time to buy a new keyboard

Ctrl + Shift + Esc will bring ya into taskmanager without Supr

Good luck, re-installing might be one of the solutions or you should update your windows etc.
