When i start downloading from the official RO site (http://www.playragna...ntdownload.aspx), the action could not be completed as the link asks user and password for the file to be downloaded completely ... i tried my email user and pass ... then i tried the warp id and pass .. it didnt work ... can anyone please tell me how do i solve this problem?

Warpportal email and pass should work.
