Need suggestion for hi-end gears for WL cast time reduction. Please suggest the gears and cards that is available in the market. (Beelzebub Card, I think it might be impossible to acquire but KK cards are a lot, out there.)

 

The suitable for both HBP and FAW or some garment that fit to reduce cast time.

 

I have browsed all equipment and I lost and cannot plan to improve my gears. Imo, +9 KK Skull Cap/ +10 Thorn Staff / Sprint Set may be? / Nidhoggur Shadow Card?)

Head: +12 KK skull cap
Mid: slotted mid with dark illusion
Low: whatever
Armor: diabolus robe enchanted I guess?
Weapon: +10-12 tsod spell 4/4
Garment: +9 Far spell 19
Shoes: Variant/+9 enchanted variant
Acc: 2 KBC RWC pendants spell 3/3

AFAIK, we can't get instant cast because most skills have fixed cast time. I'd rather use these kind of equips on a sort

Highest end gears including MvP cards for Warlock? Assuming PvM:

 

Top: +12 Ordinary Black Magician Hat with KK Card or with Kiel-D-01 Card.

Mid: Black Frame Glasses with High Wizard Card or Black Frame Glasses with Dark Illusion Card or Black Frame Glasses with Kiel-D-01 Card.

Bot: Ninja Scroll

Armor: Orlean's Gown (enchanted with INT) with Entweihen Crothen Card (needed for uninterruptable cast)

Weapon: +14 Staff of Destruction with Spell 4/4 and carded with magical damage card against race that you are killing (ex. Zakudam Card vs Demi-Human)

Garment: Fallen Angel Wings Spell 6/6/7 with Deviliing Card or Raydric Card

Shoes: +12 Enchanced Variants with Fallen Bishop Card or Dark Lord Card (Combos with Dark Illusion Card)

Accessory: RWC Pendants with Spell 3/3 or Alchemy Gloves (if only using Crimson Rock) with Beelzebub Cards or Scaraba Cards (if maximum cast time reached) on both or Buwaya Agimat Tattoos.

 

Nidhoggur Card isn't good due it basically being replaced by the AB buff, Sacrament.

 

If you were asking as to the cast reduction gears you could use as a warlock, they would be:

 

Headgear: +12 Crown of Deceit with KK Card (-32% variable cast time, uses up both mid and top) or +12 KK Skull Cap (-12% variable cast time, additional -10% variable cast time with Thorn Staff of Darkness)

Mid: Dark Illusion card in any slotted mid headgear (-10% variable cast time)

Armor: Robe of Cast (-3% variable cast time)

Weapon: Thorn Staff of Darkness Spell 4/4 (-20% variable cast time), Staff of Destruction Spell 4/4 (-20% variable cast time)

Garment: Fallen Angel Wings with Spell 6/6/6 (-30% variable cast time)

Accessories: RWC Pendants with Spell 3/3 (-12% variable cast time per each pendant)

 

You can get -104% variable cast time with just +10 KK CoD (-30%), SoD w/ Spell 4/4 (-20%), FAW w/ Spell 6/6/6 (-30%), 2x RWC Pendants w/ Spell 3/3 (-24%), don't need any MvP cards to reach -100% variable cast time.

 

And for clarification, high end gears refers usually to damage output gears rather than cast time reduction, since it isn't difficult to reach -100% variable cast.

 

EDIT: KBC RWC = Kafra Blossom Card in RWC Pendant. Uninterrupted cast gears/cards are just Orlean's Gown and Phen Card (goes in accessory).

-Increases Crimson Rock, Jack Frost, Earth Strain, and Chain Lightning damage by 5%

No. All fixed cast % reduction effects do not stack, but instead the highest one is taken.

Example: If you have Radius 3 (15%) and Sacrament 5 (50%), your total fixed cast reduction is 50%.

Radius 3 (15%), Nydhoggur Card (50%), Sacrament (50%) = 50%

Radius 3 (15%), Nydhoggur Card (50%), Sacrament (50%), 7 performer Dances with Wargs (70%) = 70%

How can you say such an irresponsible thing? I understand you tried to be funny, but the guy is new to the game... he probably didn't understand the joke. One has to be careful with new people because many of them don't even know botting is wrong, illegal and punishable with banned accounts.
