In light of the new class feedback threads, I want to give out these formulas for those that don't know them. Mostly to prevent people from pulling random numbers out of their -_- and so they can make more informed(lol) suggestions...

 

Critical%=Critical/((Critical*.02)+40)

 

Parry%=Parry/((Parry*.02)+40)

 

Defense%=Defense/((Defense*.01)+(Level*.35)+8.7)    *Level is calculated from 1-70 so if you are master level you would use 51-70

 

and remember to round :P

 

These formulas are correct as of this post. They may or may not change in the future.

 

Btw if you play with these formulas you will see how diminishing returns can be a -_-

 

45% crit or parry would require 18000 raw crit/parry lol

Are you sure with crit? Every 3-4 levels in ML the system seems to lower my crit.

IF it is correct i would like the crit to be calced like: Critical%=Critical/((Critical*.015)+40) 

 

Critical/((Critical*.01)+40 seems like the the way it was pre-aov.

Critical/((Critical*.01)+40 seems like the the way it was pre-aov.

 

Pre-aov most if not all formulas were linear AND were affected by level. Crit rate was critical*.02891 on a lv50 pre-aov.

 

It is correct, try it on any level character or prove me wrong.

 

This is exactly what I mean, people just assume things without any hard evidence.

Tested out the crit formula for crit, 3255=30.97.
Oh I thought you might havr some info. When you figure out hit and dodge formulas, make sure you post it here, thanks in advance.

hit/dodge formulas=

 

Hit= AGI+-GOODLIKE+hit=almost always hit.

 

Dodge = Agi+Defence+haste+"Hey I am over here now" = Never get hit

Crit nerfs like this really hurt 2 chars i play a Sorc and a BT Knight. I think a lot of people would like the old crit formula back.

Just curious for comparison purposes, what's everyone's crit using similar gears?
For example, my BM gets about 30.41% with full Osiris gear.
Fast & Furious, Caroler, STC+ cards, maybe like 15 or so in agi runes, no stat investment.

EDIT: Right Blueseeds, forgot I even had them. Ranges anywhere between 14%-17%, with one at 21%.

Ah, I haven't tested those very much, they are a pain in the -_- and the only reliable method to test is one on one combat which would require a ton of sample data >.> and lately, I've been spending most of my in-game time grinding. :ani_swt3:

aren't sorcs supposed to get 4 crit/agi as a class bonus? it's like gravity actively hates sorcs lol

uhh my wiz has 34.38%, full osi minus a ring, no agi runes. you gotta take into account blueseed runes tho

As Chaos said, crit has diminishing returns I would need to double my crit value to have the crit % I had Pre-AOV

that is not fair.  Consider Screw Fin -_-tails and Master Agi potions, Why use them any more? In reality they give

your char maby 6 more damage and .5 % crit if you are lucky. What does 10% Agi give you? if you have 1000 agi

the buff makes it 1100 = 4400 crit = 34%  thats just a gain of 1%
