hi guys i need help, i recently came back to play ragnarok again but after installing it, it only opens on a small screen. screen shot link below...

Image didn't work. That problem happens with classic sometimes. Run classic setup as admin and select a valid resolution. You will likely need to set setup to run in Windows xp compatibility mode
