I can't buy WP, I can't even see the "add WP Energy" Button nor can i see the "transaction History" Button.

The two Buttons are not shown under "your WP Energy Balance"

What do i do?

If you're playing on Steam you have to open up the kafra shop in game and click purchase VIP & points in the top right and buy it through Steam.
