Please no stupid comments.   We really did not do anything wrong. I'm a clean conscience.
- I do not use BOT.
- I do not buy Zeny for money.
- I do not use any illegal program.

All my transactions can be compared with my conversion WPE Gift Cards, have the Chat logs in-game and have print screen of facebook chats of the time I sold the WPE in market groups.
 

I'm trying to save money to buy a Asprika and another Ghostring Card or other items that add power in my characters and maybe one day a GTB * _ * .

 

But I'll never get , banned my account without warning, without saying why , I spent a lot of money with WPE last 2 months we get to improve my character and this bomb comes from nothing ?

 

Banished Saturday afternoon , i lost WoE and  weekend without playing . Immediately on Saturday I opened a ticket in support ... is already Wednesday and so far no response . This is VERY unfair. All I ask is that you check the case , anything suspicious as I have explained , I have had my problems when I was a newbie and learned my lessons I dare never make mistakes again on my main account

I think the ticket system that 's left , there is much delay in responses , I 'm being harmed , losing days of VIP and leveling is not done nothing wrong.

 

Hope some CM can quickly analyze , agree that measures should be taken not to let the server be dominated by bots and sellers , but banning without checking out and talk first is no solution .

I would also like to know how the big players and guilds get 30B to buy a GTB Card or Card Gunk Tao without ever being banned and I have less than 1/10 that I'm banned without having done anything wrong, on the contrary, I'm just WarpPortal paying more each day by WPE -_-' 

 

Please God...  Help me....

Ridiculous a company the size of Warportal do something like that, I know you are better than that, they could at least see why he was banned and talk to him .. 

 

review the facts and you will that this was an unfair ban!.

Yep, I agree with Takor, I know LupusNightroad and I know he would not do anything that was illegal; at least justify why he was banned.

I heard that you may be banned if you share the same IP with others who are doing illegal activity in game. You may be clean, but your friends with same IP address are dirty(?). This will drag you into banning chain reaction even if you're innocent. I've seen this case before. Usually, you need to send a ticket to plead your innocence. After that you will be released after GMs make you swear in the name of god Odin that you don't have anything to do with such illegal activities. Unfortunately, for now, nothing can be done except for waiting for reply from your ticket. Or you can try to PM Oda or Campitor along with your ticket number, then just demands them to review your ticket.

On Saturday along with the Ticket I sent a PM to Odan and Campitor, but so far no answer ... I'm waiting in anxiety, leading injury

yep having the same identical issue right now..it appears my acct. is f+cked up again w/o me doing anything wrong by ,eading what OP's experience was it might take 4+ days to sort this out ..quitting not dealing with this -_- anymore. almost $100  wasted.
