Hello, i play this game with my little brother. I bought a Light Epsilon Box from the Kafra Shop for 250z so i could trade it to my brother for his birthday (today). I am aware you can trade Giant flywing box, battle/job manual box, and potion boxes of all kinds so i figured i could  trade Light Epsilon box without a problem, however it is unable to trade! please help, i spent almost my last kafra cash purchasing this item box for my brother, and i cant use it on my account because i dont have a merchant or swordsman. Please help refund the purchase or to give him the item if at all possible :'( i tried doing something nice for my brothers birthday and it back fired on me

Rental boxes are account bound. Submit a ticket, you should get the KP you spent on it refunded no problem as long as you haven't opened it, though it could take a few business days for them to get to your ticket.

Can you please link me to where i can submit i ticket? i can't seem to find it i remember last time too it took about two weeks i got an email saying to resend my ticket, so i am not sure if i sent it to the right place.
