We will be gathering the nominations for the Knight Volunteer Class Representative here.

my play style is a mix of everything, ive done it all, and still do it all

1. im active always, forums, game, everywhere. been here since beta, have been playing knights in ro1 , every mmo always a knight.
2. im friendly willing to listen and help ppl get better ^_^
3. ppl always come to me for advice, assistance, pretty much anything so i want to be open for more helpfulness

the future i want for knights is that of a bright strong one, i want us to be recognized as great tanks as well as great pvpers.

Top 3 reasons I should be VCR:

 

1. I have been playing Tanks since WOW / RO1  / Diablo 2. I have a lot of experience in games and tanks in general. 

2. I Like to work on every aspect of the knight and I am very Proud to be a full on Vit Tank who is a Meatshield! I work hard and play hard at all times.

3. I work well with people and like to debate things before throwing them in anyone's direction. Things need to make sense as I work in IT for a living and in IT you must pay close attention to detail. Researching and Testing is what I do on a daily Basis.

 

What future do you want for your class:

 

The future of knights needs to get back to where it was around AOD and then some. I was a Meatshield who could take on 10+ people attacking me at once in WOE with a few pots and still deal damage to other people and possibly take down one or two people before going down. The current situation with Armor / dodge/ hit  and damage has caused the knights to become very unpleasant. I want there to be two versions of a knight. The Meatshield Tank that everyone will want for future raids and the Offtank DPS who can deal the damage but still handle adds when needed. To do this, abilities must be effective and builds must be effective.

Play style: I do all the game has to provide. I loved colo and WoE, but my main focus was and always will be raiding.

Top 3 reasons I should be VCR:

• I've played a Knight in every RO1 server (private and legitimate) I have ever played. I have 11 years of RO experience under my belt including RO1, iRO2, and kRO2 (beta and official release) I also only play tank characters in MMOs so I'm hoping my experience will be a valuable asset to making this awesome class the way it should be.
• As most of you know, I'm a pretty easy guy to get along with. Even when situations get rough I always keep my composure and act in a non-threatening way.
• I'm very dedicated to not only balance to my class, but to all classes. I've submitted many proposals to fix Knights as well as do the math for every tank class stats to see how they compare with eachother (won't link it here. pm me if you want it) so I have the proof to show that I'm dedicated to my class.

 

What future do you want for your class: All I want is for all classes to have a fair chance at playing the game and not penalizing players for choosing the "wrong class" or the "class that doesn't work". Aside from that, I'd love give Knights the option to play not only as a tank, but also DPS if they choose, and actually make it a viable choice. Knights in RO1 are glorious and special to me. I want to bring that to RO2 so others can feel how I do about Knights.

Play Style: I do both raiding and PVP, but I will always be a raider before anything else.

Top 3 reasons I should be VCR:

 

1.) I have been a tanking class in every MMO i have played, (RO-Crusader, RO2- Knight, GW2- Guardian, WoW- Paladin/Warrior and FF14- Paladin/Warrior) and understand what it takes to make a good tanking class for a shield and sword class.

 

2.) I am always working on ways to figure out how to make a tank an even better tank (testing different builds, different skill set's and combinations of skill use's)

 

3.) I try my best to help other's wether it is a guildmate or a random in Party Finder.

 

What future do you want for your class: I want balance for the class, I believe the peak of knights potential was mid- AoD/Chaos, and that using that time to base how knights are structured is what knights need to compare to the other classes again. Honestly I just want balance~ ^.^

Reasons D3ATHNOTE should be VCR:

 

1.) Most of the games I know that he's playing (or played), he's been a TANK.  Compared to mine, RO2 is the first time I understood what the meaning of TANK is.

2.) I get the strategies and tips in every raid from D3ATHNOTE.  From RM to Chaos, whenever he's online, I ask him on how to tank and do these raids.

3.) He is a team player, no matter or whomever his raid members are, wether he knows them or just newbies, does not matter.  He play and share all the stuff he believes is going to contribute to bring down an over 2-3 million HP, gigantic, OHKO everyone boss to ZERO, plain dead, uhhh faded.

 

What future do you want for your class:

A few have mentioned before this post and my thoughts are the same as them, for Knights to have the glory back in AOD to Chaos days.  Where one will say..."dang that Knight!  I felt I just hit a wall and the freaking wall strikes back!"

Is the voting open? Tiduspeco. Deathnote seems to brag too much about all his glory. Unpleasant imo, might let the ego get involved on the job. I could be wrong tho.

As far as I know, voting will be done via a poll. And Deathnote just seems a little bit like that until you get to know him. If I had to vote for anyone, it would be him, no doubt about it. I'd feel completely at ease if he was the ONLY VCR. But thankfully there will be 2
