Spended im points but no testimony of retraining

And then i bought(ingame with zulies)
A testimony of retraining , the points were substracted but the item never showed in the 'purchased' tab what can i do about this ?

Submit a ticket to the Support Team, so they can sort this out for you.

If you buyed a item from the IM and you didnt get the item in the '' purchased'' tab, Please send a ticket to the warpportal support team.

So i can only send THE ticket in a couple of Hours when im at home.
I really hope that they can find the problem (especially becouse i spended real life money into this)

About 20 minutes ago i bought some im points,
And then i bought(ingame with zulies)

Im currently at work and i tried to log in on wp site with my ipad but theres problem with my Java ,
So i can only send THE ticket in a couple of Hours when im at home.
I really hope that they can find the problem (especially becouse i spended real life money into this)
I am a little confused by this. The first post, you indicate that you purchased a testimony of retraining using zulie. The second post, you say you used IRL money. Which was it? (Or did you do it both ways?)

The im points for testimony of retraining are spent .. But i didnt receive the item in the 'purchase tab' of the im , i bought quit a lot of im points before and i never had that problem .

The IM issue is an unfortunate event that happens sporadically.
It's not something that will affect you, every single time you attempt to buy.
When it does affect, just let the Support Team know. They can check records and clearly see when items have been bought and not delivered.
They will then put right the transaction you had originally attempted to make.

Have you registered an account yet? I can only assume so if you submitted a ticket.
It would be the same if you used the same id to register an account.

I still havent been able to submit a ticket ... I tried several times to log in THE support site with my log in from warpportal but when i click on 'log in' THE page just refreshes and im not. logged in

Sorry if I confused you but the Warp Portal Site and Support site have different accounts. Use the link provided above to create a support account and submit a ticket.

No, you wont get an in game message.
You should get an email.
Or you can check your submitted ticket, at any time.
Log into the Support
https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx
Once logged in, you should see an option "view ticket history"
Here, you will be able to view all tickets, that you have submitted, status, date opened, Support response etc
