using dark illusion sometimes causes skill lock. :/ can't do anything til you relog.

Date of 1st occurance- not sure, i noticed it awhile ago.

description of deadly blow is wrong. according to the damage output it is most likely that each combo point gives an additional 70% damage not 7%. 

damage of lvl 5 deadly blow is base 250% and damage of lvl 5 double attack is 250% at this lvl my double attack does about 1.25k per hit (so 2.5k) and deadly blow does about the same with no combo points. with combo points this skill does over 5k, which is obviously not just 285% damage which is what the description says. (this is without any crits)

 

picture with some damage. i am not using an element wep for the sake of this test. please note one hit of double attack was 994. multiply x2 is 1988. this skill is lvl 5. which means it is 250% damage seperated into 2 hits. the deadly blow damage shown is 3841 and that was with 5 combo points. this skill is lvl 1. it says it is 170% damage +7% per combo point, which would mean its 205% damage. It is not a critical. yet with combo points deadly blow does 2x the damage of double attack. if it was 170% +70% per combo point it would be 170% +350% = 520% which would be accurate for the damage. 

 

the other 2 deadly blow damages ( 2716, 2260) are without combo points. both of them were crit so about 1/2 of there damages would be 1.2 or 1.4 which IS less then one double attack.

Using shadow assault during combat teleports me across the room a fair distance.  Example, in Osiris tomb the room following the maze...be in SW corner corner fighting mob use Shadow assault be flung to the NE corner.  It occurs fairly often.  Can't really take a pic since I'm in combat and need to move and finish the fight.

 

Finished a fight with Osiris it was a good thing I was facing away from the ledge when I inadvertently used S.A. and ended up from Osiris all they way over to the farthest corner of the arena by the steps (leading up...not the ramp leading into Osiris)

I'm having the same problem as Buju - have died several times in the Prontera Fortress map due to being teleported a distance away into open air (side of cliffs?) The distance has gone as far as half the map. Strangely, it hasn't affected PVP in Prontera though.

It is happening to me too. Same issues with Monk's lightning walk. Was PvPing some friends and I randomly teleported on top of a building, lol.

Steps To Reproduce Bug: Just use Shadow Explosion after Mark of Shadow buff occured

Description:

First of all, I am sorry for necroing this thread.

I just want to make sure that the skill is working correctly as intended.

 

As per the current patch (and previous patch), I think the Mark of Shadow buff is bugged a little.

The description said that the Mark of Shadow buff will multiple (increase 2x) the damage done from Shadow Explosion.

 

But I've tested the skill with/without the Mark of Shadow buff.

The results are as follow:

 

Target: All Condors in particular, all numbers in CRITICAL.

1. Shadow Explosion without Mark of Shadow buff: 23617 23617

2. Shadow Explosion WITH the Mark of Shadow buff: 39876 39876

 

As you can see, the description of Mark of Shadow buff is either incorrect or the calculation behind the skill is wrong.

my damage should've scale around 45~47k with Mark of Shadow buff on. Now the tests above show that I hit only around 39k. 39k is much too low for a '2x' damage range as per described in the Shadow Strike skill description.

This isn't an assassin bug, just a colo bug in general. If you aren't hit or don't hit someone else for some time (~10-15s) you go out of battle and you need to walk into someone's AoE/hit someone with your own AoE to be able to use skills on people again.

Its happens while you're in combat and you use it...it's still on going since I last reported it.  I'm just more mindful of when to use it now and keep it to the dungeons, so that I don't go superman in the field.

Steps To Reproduce Bug: no steps needed ..just use it

 

Description:  I don't really know if its a bug or what the correct formula is for poison weapon is...but I did some quick n dirty math checking when I went from level 1 poison to level 4 (didn't have enough points to get 5).  I saw no change in my poison damage from when it was level 1 vs level 4, it stayed the same.  With the DW patch I saw an increase but I think that's just part of the skill increase they said for penetration for our DOTS :hmm: .  With the math I did I should; at least I think I should...be getting about 1k/ tick  instead it stayed around 350+ with the occasional 500+; with DW I think i saw a few 700+, but nothing of what I thought I should be getting.

 

Any thoughts?

Skill dmg x poisons damage %

Gonna need to know your skill damage and how big % is at poisons dmg.

(I didnt saw anything in patchnotes of buffing dots dmg)

1.7    Assassin
 
 Assassin is melee damage dealer that inflicts even greater damage to target with higher DEF.

1.     The effectiveness of skill that inflicts DOT damage will be improved.

 
Although Assassin is a melee damage dealer, it lacked differentiation from other damage dealers. To improve this, we will make Assassin as the Class for dealing significant damages to targets with high DEF. In other words, higher the DEF of a target, more damage Assassin will inflict. And to prevent unbalance of power, the enhancement will be made based on DOT damage skills.

 

Don't know if or when they will add that.

 

Anyways i think this is what you were asking about:

 

poison wpn lvl 4: 30% success rate....23% of phys atk   ..my atk pwr is 4.9k...if the poison dmg is based off of that atk power then I should be getting atleast 1k+ per tick.

If this damage is based of my attack skill then does that mean each of my attack skills is equated into the  different ammounts of damage that I see...that would be odd in of itself.

level 5 is 25% phys atk.
