Depends on the kind of SM you want to play. There are Full Support builds, DPS builds, hybird builds, and such on. What are you looking for?

I write need Hybrid Build and stats for SM.

All main DPS skills (mental breakdown, transform, death spell, sacrifice) + whatever support skills you want.

 

There's so many ways to build a SM, you need to decide what support skills you want and how you want to play.

 

Anything higher than lv5 mental breakdown is going to cost a LOT of SP, but also hit harder (of course).

Cure is worth at least lv5, since you can stack to 3x on target

Restoration good for raids

Restore is for emergency heal only IMO (under 20% max hp), minima lvls here unless you want full raid build, where you need emergency heals more often.

detect and dispell, just lv1 is enough, and only if you want cure pearl (once again, mostly raid only skill).

Links - max out 1, maybe 2 at most, depending on which type of link you want and how you want to play. (mostly raid only as well)

Buffs - max both, if only maxing one, leave other at lv1.  (int boost for support, crit for dps)
