My friend and I managed to get a bunch of IM points to buy some stuff we thought we'd need from the IM. I'm trying to gift him a reset scroll and I'm getting "That Character doesn't exist" error message.
I found on here that you need to type it in twice for it to work, but he has a max character limit name (Katsugankz). I'm a bit confused as to what to do.
