I was literally playing two days ago. I wake up open up the client, and see a patch. I kinda ignore it and start doing other things waiting for it to patch, I notice it's a patch from 2012... I close the client run as admin.. and i notice it starts patching from 2011-4-4. Is there anyway to fix this?

Now that you've let it apply part of the patch, you've trashed the install. Reinstall, or let it run completely. 

 

None of the fixes for the issue will work if you've let it apply the 2011 patches, because it will have replaced new data with old data, and without letting all the patches run, the old data won't get re-replaced with new data. 

 

I am working on a fix that will prevent it from happening, but it will not fix the problem if you've already let it apply a 2011 patch.

had this issue, reinstall the game and bam. good as new

You might need to manually patch some updates too if it fails to update so you know.
