+3 luk, +5 Perfect Dodge, and +15% exp
and drop.Small chance of casting Orc Face on self when attacking.
+5 Luk +3 Perfect Dodge Crit+1 and 10 flee. Lose 1-100 zeny each time you dodge an attack, Gain 1-100 zeny when critical attacking.
+4 Luk Small chance to summon a Poring named Oda or Campitor when attacking.

(but really... this is a bad idea... imagine a champ +9 carat top gear incubus mid and incubus lower..?
thats too much...)
personally I believe some classes dont have enough attack power
going to throw a completely biased effect here
Increased Magnus Exorcismus damage!!! (or MDEF pierce effect? we do too little compared to hi wizzies even against shadow4 mobs )
On a less biased suggestion...
how about making it upgradeable (no addition to def/mdef) but each upgrade will add a (.01*upgrade+1) chance of randomly giving a bonus to atk and matk when dealing damage
or completely take out the upgradeable portion and just give it a static chance.
(but this would really let some test out their luck...
and have them buy more boxes)
By their nature, lower headgears are hard coded to be non-upgradable.

My HP needs that MATK boost for ME... sooo hard to compete with hi wiz
(of course an all around matk bonus wont help with competition... but it wouldnt hurt either)
anyway... i suggested upgrade cus well... wasnt spare card allowed to be upgradeable during its first week of implementation?
it was just a suggestion anyway...
well how about a chance of adding atk/matk +1% and str/int+1
i doubt that is OP and gives all damaging classes a reason to where it.
You'd see anyone focused on cast or getting that extra hit with pencil
and those who care more about dishing out some hurt with clover
a bit more of a spread

each hit have a chance (3 or 4%) of increase the perfect dodge by 10.effect end if item is removed.
each hit have a chance (3 or 4%) of increase the drop rating for 0.3(or 30%) for 5 or 10 seconds
each hit have a chance (3 or 4%) of increase crit rating for 10.effect end if item is removed.
each hit have a chance (3 or 4%)of increasing ur casting time by 10%.(effect will reduce when event ends)
each hit have a chance (2%)of increasing all your stats by 2. only during event
If you use Green ale, effects and chances are doubled but each hit have a 6%(or more, as programmers decide)of getting Chaos status,-30% hit.

not sure that wizards need more matk, but then with 2% matk/atk it does nothing for biochems.
Yeah, that means that It won't take over every headgear and a WCP would still be useful, but they might have to do something to the Ninja Scroll if it ever comes out.
