Hi,

 

I have build an Atk Speed oriented scout, currently level 121. I chose each equipment in order to increase attack speed (rings, demon armor, and so on...).

 

With lvl 121 cleric buffs, attack speed before patch was around 229%

After patch, it drops to 160%

 

Despite reading patch notes, I can't find the reason.
