You can't create another account? Since your original account is suspended?

I've had the exact same issue happening to me and my friends while trying to create Dragon Saga accounts. This seems to be an issue that's rather common.
But the good news is, we all found a very easy solution.
Just change the browser you use (in our case it was Opera) to Chrome or Firefox and try signing up again. You'll notice your Warpportal account doesn't get "suspended" by adding new games to it anymore. All of us where able to register game accounts by using Chrome, but Firefox should be fine too.
But if that still doesn't work for you, send in a support ticket.
