When I'm fighting in GVG, using cloaking stops my hallucination walk and immediately puts me in the half-speed rebound. The cloaking exceed doesn't affect HW, but I'm guessing it's a bug as it isn't stated in the skill description.

Edit: Cloaking exceed does not stop HW, but regular cloaking does.
