Hello well i was make-ed yesterday an raider katar and i'am lvl 145 now well i was see there is max ASPD ( 360%+) and MSPD (5k+) is that true or is bug? i'am usign thypoon P7/mask 60/40/backshield 60/40 and rein 140 lvl with stats 20%+ aspd and i got all passive/unique

 

So is that true stats wen i get?  

 

I go for pvp build but now i'am using gear pvm to make fast lvling affter i will reset to get build pvp thank you

ASPD ( 360%+) normal

 

your MSPD can bug sometimes when you have the stacking attackspeed/runspeed passive - just wait till your stacks ran out and switch your backshield or anything that changes your runspeed quickly with another item so that your mspeed gets calculated again..
