Account floating in limbo after it being "fixed"

I contacted the GMs after my account was being continuously disconnected after selecting the server, and they moved everything to a different account. Apparently this issue is happening with multiple people so I was wondering if anyone could give me their advice.

 

They moved all my stuff to "######2", said the issue was fixed, and was told to reset the password. "######2" isn't even registered on my warpportal account so I cant - it's not binded to ANY warpportal account. How do I go about resetting the password?
