is it possible to take back the items I sent to my alt? like a return mail or something? or is it possible to put the items directly to kafra storage instead of going to my inventory? 

 

I sent mats to my alt but it was way over the weight limit so my alt can't get the items. So the items are just stuck in the mailbox. Dumb move I know. I'd appreciate if anyone can give me a tip on how to retrieve the items. 

 

 

edit: ah nvm I got them back. There's a return button 

 

 

Now for my next question: How can I open both mail and kafra storage at the same time? My alt has both storage/mail open now but I can't do the same on my main?

1. Trade items off your alt until it is able to take in more items.
2. Have your alt retrieve the mail.
3. Trade items back to your alt and have your alt trade back what you want.

it's all okay now but regarding #2. I sent more than 5k mats but my alt only has 5k weight limit so there was no way to get the items.

4. Trade off items one mail at a time. Rinse and repeat until all items are on desired characters.
