This only mean 1 chance to win, this is not to crazy men.. Rogue/sin cant hold a close combat... if u do pvp could know that.

And could be nice if speed cap is removing, 30% speed of Shadow form get usles againts 10% wind rune omg.. then u know 20% speed of Shadow Form is Usless.... so could be better change the aura to deal more dmg or fix the cap
First of all, it was already noted by devs that sin will get skill balance related to their poisoning skill (higher damage against higher def targets). Second, for now poisoning weapon is a general skill for thieves. So, if they do implement your suggestion, then both sins and rogues will be getting it. Third, the proc chance is too high. Your suggestion can't be right, unless devs add up new (mb passive) skill that can be unlocked after poisoning weapon and it goes to sin's skill tree, which would provide this kind of debuff with much lower proc chance. But again, it will be too OP for sins to have poisons that deal more damage against high def targets AND slows/prevents heal on targets. IMO, your suggestion is just making sins too OP.
And if you suck with current sin in pvp, it's a problem in you imo. I pvp a lot as sin. And I can hold against many different players. The general situation in pvp is now that who gets lucky crit on their ultimate and OHKOs the opponent, wins. Or dodges the ultimate. stuns of the opponent -> gets a chance to win.
