I thank RO team fixing Prayer to Heaven quset's instance map and i could proceed to following steps of this quest.

 

But again, the quest seems to be broken

The fragment collection part like this post was already finished, so i did nothing.

Then Toyotino says lets meet at Yumir Heart but there was nobody in that map.

Quset still broken or im doing in something wrong way?

 

Yeah I guess the first bug was the airship map being broken, but the toyotino npc in ymir heart is also broken, he should apear near the center but he doesn't its like that since almost a year I think

Oda, is there seriously not a repeatable exp quest for turtles? Uh... And could you please do a sweep on bots where the goat turn in is? Bots have completely infested this map as of late. Thank you.

Looks like the exp boost overwrote the spotlight. We will bring the spotlight exp in again next week and extend the spotlight another week. 

Please dont extend the spotlight...  Put in the new spotlight, with the new "Challenging" dungeon, WITH the mvp.  People will have stuff to do for a few days this way.

Spotlight on Alberta is really boring and bad for leveling, so are those adventurer guild quests... please, dont extend it... change to Geffen, that way everyone can level on orc dungeon, high orcs and Glast heim... that would be good for raydric cards too, because with new episode and diabolus manteau we will need many of those. Increasing high orc(not archers) and raydrics numbers specially would be great for leveling...

The prayer to the heavens quest bug is getting worse. My character can't even proceed going to the maze, Gravity error pops-out despite all the updates,re-patch,re-installation(CAN'T ANYMORE TRANSCEND). The quest has been buggy most of the time lol might as well remove it.

Rabbit event quest npc on Turtle Island is working right and the hidden spot in the bushes isn't there.

Based on what I have seen ingame Pavainne doll hat is really Defolty doll hat.

Just completely Easter Quest....most of the holes for the quest do not have shadows.
