BTW.... am i the only1 who see tempests soloing JS all the time pullng 9 mobs now???
With -4.5 speed mobs cant move and that will last forever now. So.... welcome all capped lvl tempests. Now Holy light and Lighting restrain is all they need....

this, and with lag that those amazing servers provide its way too easy to die with 1-2 mobs for squishy tempests like me, altho if timed right you can get away without even getting hit.

but anyways since st mobs will be higher lvl = more exp

except spells wont have 100% chance to hit anymore, and ST is lv 80+ mobs, so lighting restraing will miss alot ^^ (i guess)

I dont play an aoe class, but never seemed like it in pvp.

cause you only notice that it hits, when it hits :D
it doesnt say miss, so you dont notice the miss'

this

sometimes mobs can walk over lr twice and not get slowed :unsure:
