for the past few instances even WoE got super boring as there was a reshuffle of members among certain guilds.
That's why they shouldn't take this game into the typical MMO-direction (only dungeons/fighting and getting best possible gears etc.)
If they want this game to be popular they also have to make more non-battle features like player-housing, so every player
in the game will be able to own his/her own house, have different minigames and nice areas to explore with nice quests
that gives unique beautiful rewards like different headgears and costumes (permanent of course), much better storage capacity
for everyone, more of the original elements from Ragnarok Online 1 like the uniqe quests, more stuff to do in each city/town
and also more cities/towns with more NPCs with their own very long history (it should take many days to complete some quests
for example), more unique non-combat skills and job skills that will make it more attractive to train the job skill/skills
(and of course raising level cap fom level 50 to 100 for example) etc. It's a lot they can do to really make this game
much more like a real Ragnarok Online game.
