Since the cast time formula has changed, I would maybe need a fast cast skill like soul strike. Build #1 :

As for the build, I won't quag until high wizard, I love waterball (so no QQ about it) and I prefer SW over FW. If SW changed to 3*maxuserhp, I'll make a vit build witouth too much dex and concentrate on damage. I'll so put gears like thief bug egg and pupa/pecopeco.

It may seem odd but I would really recommend getting Fire Bolt and Cold Bolt to lvl 10. Ice Bolt Lvl 10 is especially good due to the fact that 2 Siroma Clips are pretty cheap which would basically allow you to fire off a Lvl 10 Cold Bolt that would do the damage of a Lvl 15 CB + Fire off as quickly as about a Level 5 (bolt cast times are quicker now). Imp cards are good things as well but a lot harder to get, but do the same things for FBolt.

I understand your point thank you for the reply! But it's kind of too late I chose to have soul strike because of it's fast cast time (kind of instant actually) to kill annoying week mobs.

Yeah but one of the problems of SS now I see is it's super long Delay. 2.7 seconds at lvl 10 which really hurts if your being mobbed.

Hmmm when I use it, I don't think it's that bad... anyway without safety wall on me (cause I use SW to play) I need to run-cast-run-cast so maybe that's why I don't really feel the after-cast delay
