Good evening, I was trying to open ro, but after patching and entering the game, it says Failed to connect to the server, this patch ran til April of 2013, which is rare. How can I get rid of this problem?

Go to the command prompt program and type in tracert playragnarok.com
Does it have time outs or any asterisks on the left?

Done with the tracing, and there's asterisks: 2 in 6 and 1 in 19. How to do with them?

What do you mean by "this patch ran til April of 2013, which is rare"?
Does the problem occur if you choose a different character?

With other chars, appears the same error.
By the way, when I open the Ragnarok patch, appears patching only 2013-4-9data_gm_r.gpf. And after finishing this patch appears Patch process completed, and when I open the game, after logging in appears Failed to Connect to Server.

Reason it's not connecting is because the most recent patches it's applied are from 2013, when there's a patch almost every week.
Not sure where you found a RO installer that would need to patch from early 2013 though - The client downloads are all from september of 2013, and should only have to apply patches from after that.
Either that, or you got the april 2011 bug (which is still not understood), and it made it to 2013 before failing (in this case, the install is trashed by this point, reinstall).

There have been a few other recent reports of the updater repeatedly installing updates from a specific point in time other than April 2011. Could this be a new bug?
