How's about some soulcraftable bracelets and belts? Maybe new origin and lovely with costume grades? I need more purple!

I meant legendary soul grade when I said purple
I've seen soulcraftable ones around, and when I asked about them, I was told that they're currently not available, but have a costume grade. It'd be nice to bring them back so that other players have a chance at the ones that are soulcraftable.

The [Best] Unity Set can be brought back, but not soon. We promised the players to put it in only rarely.

 

As for the Rainbow Rings (I am sure you mean the Community Appreciation Rings), I am sure there are players who were glad if they would have "missed" the event or better said the reason for this "event". These rings have been given out as compensation for a 14-days-rollback at the beginning of April. Sorry to disappoint you, but these rings won't come into the game again - only if there would be a compensation of this kind needed again and we all hope that this won't be the case.

Sadly I don't have better screenshots  of  them :< I don't even know their names, except the middle one was called lady ghost (I think)

  I saw some players with the Tiger-patterned Hoodie set (not Best/Blue) and it looks cute   If it can be available in Bigwheel like the [Best] version that would be awesome

The texture and model doesn't look like Dragon Saga's costume at all. Especially the 1st and 2nd image

What Stormhaven was trying to tell you is, that this set was made to participate in a "costume creation event" in the past. I believe only the winner costumes were ever made. If one of the entries ever was made at all, dunno sorry. It is just a contest entry that probably never was made.

I guess that event of the past was quite similar to the mix and match event we had...

You can tell by reading the event's name title. Mixing-and-Match = ingame costumes. And Creation = creating from ideas and skills
