I know you guys are probably not doing any skill changes. But the Bourgeois skill wind step seems to have gone overlooked: Also the unique dual version of the skill Layer Step is likely in the same position. 

 

Perhaps you can look into this for the next patch.

It's already been addressed for next patch. However, the maintenance this week isn't a client patch, it is a simple server maintenance with perhaps a client update. (The application will get a bug fix, but no client patch).

 

What's happening is that the front side display for Wind Step is incorrect. The skill's effect is giving 30% MSPD, currently, but will be updated to give 50% and the display will be corrected as well when it does.

The Movement Speed bonus has been changed to a set 300 Movement Speed Increase, from the 30%.

 

Taken from patch notes several weeks ago. Would've quoted it but it wasn't able to do so since the notes are locked.

 

Then again, 50% mspd bonus would be 275 so I guess it's not that much of a difference.

I knew when maintenance was starting so it was my own fault trying to log on right before maintenance  Couldn't get to a computer till now.

Yeah, storage and login are having problems again, both of my clients just disconnected, I got one in, then had to wait for the other to log in, was at the storage trying to get it to open, as soon as it opened my other client logged in.
