Do attack speed important for dual? coz dual just a skill spammer class...

It is not important. Generally I never use auto attacks with my dual raider unless I'm hitting the crystal in CD.

Some people are able to build aspd pretty well, but I have yet to see an aspd build that is better than a skill spamming build. If you are slightly more inclined towards 1v1 than general wars, then it may be useful for shattering blows when you are muted.
