Got this in response to my ticket just earlier:

We understand that you still have not been able to jump your newly created character to level 50 and that we are sorry for any inconvenience that this might have caused you. Rest assured that we will forward your concern to a relevant department for them to verify your account. If your account is found to be qualified to receive the event’s reward, a level jump option will then be available in your newly created character. Your understanding and patience regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.

May the Porings, Fabres and Lunatics guide you in your journey. Should there be anything else we can help you with, please feel free to contact us again and we'll be more than happy to assist you. Thank you and have a good day!

Eh... a hollow victory. Doesn't feel like responding when the response doesn't even address any of the questions sent.

 

I've got a terrible feeling that the line on the event page about the confirmation email (the line that got "magically" changed) coupled with someone's forum post saying that if you turned off newsletter and then turned it back on you'd get the jump/email is the reason a bunch of us got screwed out of getting the jump.

 

Zanbee's post said the jump only applied to those signed up for newsletter before Wednesday. If doing the above (in my case, repeatedly) in the hope of getting a confirmation email somehow reset your signup date, thats some -_-.

Mitch from the Support Team told me that my info was forwarded to the 'relevant department for further account investigation.'  Along with the Ragnarok Online flavor text, which is always nice.  I hope that's enough to get the issue solved.  Though, it isn't going to help me see the seasonal events.  Wish the team would keep those open for awhile longer due to these issues.

The source of this message is their facebook page and remember it said that it will be after May 15 so it might not be exactly that day, fingers still crossed! BTW it took them like 4 days to reply to this message

I received an email about the Ash Vacuum game. At the top there was a link to reconfirm my subscriptions to Warpportal emails, although I have been signed up for almost a year now!

Still, like many of others, I have yet to receive the jump. I know Zanbee posted that if you hadn't received the jump to send in a ticket using the link she provided. I have done that and got the typical copy/paste response, and just today received notification that my ticket has been closed (like so many others).

I guess I should just give up on Warpportal/Steam events and download the client through Warpportal?? I have two ML and will be really bored running through the same quest for a third time.

Oh well at least I have chicken. ~~

Alright, finished everything and all the tickets are close.  Though, I have not received a jump.  Now that I'm full circle, I ask again, what do I do?  I've had the newsletter on 'yes' for the about a year now, but still nothing from this event.

So it's the 16th still nothing as of yet and I even asked them on the 15th when will I get my jump but no reply as of yet. Wished they get this finish already I don't know what's taking them so long to do this. 

 

 

 

 

P.S. Because of you WP I had flipped my cat house and now the cat is homeless and using bed as it's new temp home. If you don't want my cat to sleep on the cold floor at night, then meet my demand by giving me my jump already! Save this poor cat, she scared of never getting cat nip again, she has been without catnip for pass 48hrs. 

 

Look what you have done WP LOOK! Only you can end the pain and restore her happiness and hope just by meeting my demands.

Hmm... well I posted a status update thingy on my profile and someone responded yesterday.

 

 

  

Campitor Greetings! After getting details on what is supposed to be happening in regards to these tickets from Njoror/Zanbee and the GM team. They have confirmed that you are on the list to be jumped (but not in like a violent way; but rather in the fun to level 50 way!). 

 

 

So hopefully once they finish this list, they get cracking handing out the missing jumps. Gonna be really crappy if we don't get jump until jump period #3.

Update news for all steam users on Facebook they say they're going to do it this week for our jump. So let's hope they keep true to their word.
