Do cards like Hydra card for exsample effect the spell damage?

Do cards like Mutant Dragonoid Card auto cast if i damage a foe with spells?

What card would be great to use?

No.

Necromancer for general PvM or Zakudam/Ancient Tree/Bradium Golem/Cobalt Mineral/Dolor of Thanatos/Draco Egg/Hell Apocalypse/Naga/Nepenthes/Pinguicula for extra damage against Human/Undead/Brute/Formless/Angel/Dragon/Demon/Fish/Plant race monsters.
