just bought re-roll hammer in the item mall, but did not get the item... no item in the purchases tab... can somebody tell me where the hell it went????????

It should appear in your purchase tab right away. It should be in there as of this moment. If not, please submit a ticket and our Support team will assist you.

You should be able too. Do you receive any kind of error message of sorts?
You are registering for a support account? Not putting in your forum information into the log-in?

Hmm.. we tried on our end and it worked. We created a new account and a new support account, no issues. It could resolve itself if you use a different browser.

Don't use Internet Explorer, there is a known issue with that at the moment. Try downloading a different browser like firefox or whatever. I had the same issue last month and that was what Leo told me to try.
