Only thing i would suggest until we get storm bow is to sacrifice skill level of SR, to reduce its cooldown and use temporal boots of dex. I think it'd be hard for iro to get custom hat to have cooldown change effect. hence why it was exclusive to main server's update.

I meant the restriction under licensing. they're usually cautious about stuff thats directly affects skill balance.

2014년 6월02일 14:00경부터 다크로드 서버에 접속 시도 시
[2차 비밀번호] 확인창이 안뜨는 현상으로 인하여 게임내 접속이
불가능했던 현상이 발생하여 담당자의 확인이 진행되었으며,
16:17 경에 수정이 완료되어 현재 게임내 정상 접속이 가능한 상태입니다.

 

해당 현상으로 불편을 겪으신 다크로드 서버의 고객님들께는
약소하나마 아래와 같은 보상을 제공해드릴 예정입니다.

 

- 임시점검 보상NPC 가 적용됩니다.
　-> 위치 : 낙원단 내부 [러블레앙 홍보원 NPC] 와 대화를 해보시기 바랍니다.
　-> 효능 : 1. 잡경험치 5%증가 (해당 버프는 30분동안 적용되며, 재사용이 가능합니다.)
　　　　　　2. HP회복100% , SP회복100%
　　　　　　3. 일부 메모리얼 던전의 입장이 가능하도록 초기화 (1회만 가능)

Not really an update. They had some emergency maintenance and they're placing NPC for compensate the lose during that time by giving out BM/buff npc, and giving out one time only timer reset for instances,
