I redeemed 2 UGC the other day about umm 3 days or 2 days ago and i still never had gotten my ice cream hats?? because i purchase alot of UGC in the past and it took like atleast 2 days and now its been 3 and im kinda worried D:

You will get them.
If you used both cards in one purchase, you'll only get one hat.

Be sure to check the Playspan npc frequently, because every time that I have redeemed cards it has been there pretty quickly.

no i usually get 2 ice cream hats when i redeem it , lol soo idk but its been day 4 and i still havent got it

I didn't receive some of my ice cream hats within one week, so I contacted Gravity and they put the missing hats directly into the inventory of one of my characters.

You should tell them which character you want them put on, and which server he or she is on.

soo what do i do, send in a ticket, and do i have them my order number to see if i actually bought one

you should send in a ticket if you haven't email them at their summer event email address. i dont even know if they check that address anymore. they probably don't need the order number, but its always best to give them all the info you have on hand for the issue.
