I think this is in direct contrast to Zanbee's post. I've received the newsletter many times in the past. One such email is titled 'War of Emperium has ARRIVED!' sent on 7/14/2013. What else can say to prove that I have my newsletter clicked on yes? Was there something else required to qualify for the jump other than what's writen down on the Jump to New Heights: Jump Event page? http://playragnarok2...ews/article/189 What should I do? I'm very confused.
As of this morning (5/12/2014), I have no jump for my account. Any help, with this issue, would be very much appreciate.
