Existing users and those who signed up for their newsletters prior to last Wednesday, should have gotten their Jump option already Thursday night, May 8. If you are a Steam or Aeria user, and have not yet gotten your Jump option, please send in a ticket here: https://support.warp...33-350f549181d7

Thanks.

I already sent a ticket several days ago. Should I send a new ticket or reopen the older one?

I sent a ticket in and got this reply on 5/10/2014:

We ask for your utmost patience regarding this matter. Should there be anything else we can help you with, please feel free to contact us again and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

I think this is in direct contrast to Zanbee's post.  I've received the newsletter many times in the past.  One such email is titled 'War of Emperium has ARRIVED!' sent on 7/14/2013.  What else can say to prove that I have my newsletter clicked on yes?  Was there something else required to qualify for the jump other than what's writen down on the Jump to New Heights: Jump Event page? http://playragnarok2...ews/article/189  What should I do?  I'm very confused.

As of this morning (5/12/2014), I have no jump for my account.  Any help, with this issue, would be very much appreciate.

Edit:

I've sent another ticket in, I hope something can be done.

I sent a ticket and this is what happened
"Your ticket has been closed"

But nothing has been resolved at all. Do I reopen it?

Edit: Never mind, they sent another today

And what about the events that we missed?

I feel like a broken record. So many unanswered questions. Not sending another ticket. I just don't care about the jump anymore. I'm so worn out from this issue.

Not spending another dime in kafra shop until you guys start treating all players regardless of what platform they play on with equality.

The jump event is probably a testing phase for when players leave for a very long period of time, and once they come back, they could get a jump from lvl 0 - 50... Hmm... This beta phase seems to be a failure seeing how steam and existing users has to send a ticket in order to get a jump, and admins needing to inject the 'jump' in order for players to Jump.

This could be a micro transaction(a.k.a KafraShop Jump Item) waiting to happened for existing users who already owns a Master Level Character...

Not true. Dragon Saga had a similiar event not so long ago and works pretty much the same. It's not a testing phase at all since they have done this before on another game.

The newsletter bit was just to give the jump to veteran players that are still playing on RO2.

The problem is while it worked with regular Warpportal accounts, it didn't work with Steam/Aeria accounts (very obvious it would not work if you looked at how the previous jumping event functions).

however, if you looked at the Dragon Saga jump event, someone might figure out the real intent of this event. Not saying the intent is bad...

The intent of the Dragon Saga jump events is to promote a population increase/ people making alts so it looks more active, or in the case of this last one to help the people from SEA/EU Dragon Saga get back to 85 quicker since their servers closed.

As for RO2, something happened on April 2014 and it has negatively impacted RO2 development...for the 2nd time.

2nd time you might want to try higher. But this event was poorly thought out even though I started through steam i have my account linked to warpportal, so this should not have happened. Also seeing as the intent is to.bting people back instead of making an event that brings new and returning players to a horrible boring grind that has no content, you should fix the game to bring people back.

They added that they're extending the Anniversary event on the patch notes (but yea, spring festival event is still ending this week though)

Patch Notes 5/14
*More notes may come.

1. Event

    A. Spring Festival will be ending.

So, I checked that newsletter box [last week], but I have yet to receive anything. Is this only viable to those from the the first Wednesday prior to the event?

Me too. If it goes like Zanbee posted somewhere, the jump should go out to everyone signed up before the Wednesday of that week.

I've been signed up for newsletter since the LAST jumping period and I still don't have a fricken jump option. Sent in another ticket. This is ridiculous =_=

Just put in my ticket to. This was the only reason I started playing was for the free lvl 50. If it doesn't happen I will go back to warframe if this doesn't happen for me by next week.

:hmm: Honestly guys, I know you may feel slighted that you didn't get the same opportunity that others did, the fact is...you could level a bunch of characters in less time than it will take gravity to sort it out. ....And, If you suck like me trying an unfamiliar class...you're just going to have a level 50 character forever alone standing next to gilgamesh because you can't pass the ML exam...

so.. I guess cheer up. Every time I miss out on an event or something I just hope I'll make it to the next one. :p_hi:

Eh for me I already have a 50, just wanted to try a different class and don't have the time currently to invest in leveling one completely solo. So I'm not really upset or down or anything, was just looking forward to it today since I finally had a day to kick back relax and game for awhile.
