I dont get my and and my end of may also not

I sent in a ticket two weeks ago, and still no jump

Steam and Aeria users who wrote in prior to Thursday, should have gotten their Jump option at around 6pm yesterday (May 22). 

 

If you wrote in a ticket, and DID NOT get the jump option, and you are sure you never got it before, please send me a private message with your Account ID and ticket number. Thanks.

sad and funny (somehow) thing is that last Friday (May 31) I got respond from Noel with info that "jump option" should be available on my account but "SURPRISE!" ... there was nothing

ikr... I was also hoping today for new BIG update on "Jump Event" situation since it's Friday, but there is no info on facebook page or here. I wonder if sending those tickets have any point >.> week of nothing

 

 

I can't even image how much problems would WarpPortal have with distributing "jump options" if RO2 was very very popular game with thousands of players (heavy load on server each day).

i can't even make use of my jump cuz the names i want are taken and WP decided to disallow numbers in names... tells me "you can't use english and korean in a name" when b4 it just flat out told me i can't use invalid characters despite the whole naming info thing saying u can use numbers
